- Or a Partner in a traditional firm, frustrated at not being an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to build on your expertise.
- Experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.
- Commutable distance to Cheltenham; we work 80% from home and 20% in the office (you control how this looks).
Benefits package:
- A well-being culture, including Mental Wellbeing days, and access to counselling sessions.
- Volunteering leave.
- Diversity public holidays.
- 26 days holiday.
- Enhanced adoption, maternity and paternity pay.
- Paid leave for fertility treatment.
- Medicash health insurance - 24/7 GP’s, dental, counselling, gym discounts.
- Life Assurance.
- Contributory pension.
