Working with our Talent Acquisition team, you will help craft a consistent narrative around our EVP, including blogs and articles on our careers site, managing our candidate newsletter, enhancing our presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok, and supporting lawyer networking events. Collaborate with our marketing team and external PR agency to develop a comprehensive plan for our EVP, ensuring alignment with the wider Stowe Brand strategy. Reporting to the Head of Culture and Communications, you will become a key member of our People and Culture Team, building strong relationships across marketing and legal teams.
