You might not expect it in a family law firm, but digital marketing is at the forefront of our success. Our Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in connecting people with the right legal support when they need it most.
What you\’ll be doing:
- End-to-end delivery:Take ownership of digital project delivery, coordinating and driving web changes, campaign launches, CRO/testing cycles, and the rollout of new marketing technology or AI pilots.
- Marketing operations:Streamline digital workflows and processes, from project briefing and resource management to reporting, tracking, and measurement.
- Test-and-learn:Support a culture of rapid experimentation, managing proof-of-concepts and embedding successful AI tools or new ways of working into BAU.
- Stakeholder management:Coordinate work between in-house teams (SEO, paid, CRO, content, analytics) and external partners (agencies, dev, platform suppliers) to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
- Reporting and measurement:Own digital KPIs, dashboards, and impact reporting for projects and campaigns
What we\’re looking for:
- Project management expertise: You’ve delivered digital projects in fast-paced settings, agency or in-house, and can juggle multiple moving parts with ease.
- Digital all-rounder: You’ve got a solid understanding of SEO, paid, CRO, web and content, plus an interest in Martech and AI tools.
- Process improvement: You like to make things run better, streamlining workflows, building playbooks, and spotting where things can be smarter.
- Stakeholder skills: You’re a clear communicator who can keep people aligned and projects moving, even when things get busy.
- Innovative mindset: You’re proactive, organised, and not afraid to try new things. You love learning and want to help shape the future of digital.
Hours & Salary:
- £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time: 35 hours
- Work80% from home and 20% in your local office – you control how this looks.
