Requirements:
- It is likely you are either a Senior Lawyer / Senior Solicitor that is frustrated because you are not a Partner, or a Partner in a traditional firm who is frustrated that they are not an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.
- You will be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities to improve client service.
- You are ambitious and want to reach your potential. We offer work-life balance and support, but you will want to progress your career whilst practicing family law.
- Able to convert new clients and lead a range of complex finance and children cases.
