The Role
We are seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join our Kent-based team in Tonbridge Wells a competitive employed position. This role offers the opportunity to work with an existing client bank while continuing to grow new business, fully supported by dedicated PA and paraplanning functions.
Responsibilities
- Meeting clients to understand financial goals, objectives, and risk profiles
- Delivering holistic advice across investments, retirement, and protection
- Managing and reviewing ongoing client relationships
- Writing new business with access to clients from day one
- Keeping clients informed through regular reviews and market updates
- Participating in structured shadowing opportunities with senior advisers
Remuneration & Earnings (Employed)
- Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
- IAF split
- Clients provided
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Financial Planner status (essential)
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage complex client needs with confidence
