Our Senior Care Assistant Role

• Supported by an experienced management team
• Leading a team of Care Assistants
• Responsibility for administering medication, identifying deteriorating residents and directing care
• Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives
• Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities
• Liaising with healthcare professionals
• Available to work alternate weekends

The skills you’ll need

• L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3 and study to become a Care Home Assistant Practitioner
• Minimum two year\’s experience in care
• Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
• Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real \’people person\’
• A good level of written and spoken English
