Our Senior Night Care Assistant Role involves:

  • Supported by an experienced management team
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants
  • Responsibility for administering medication, identifying deteriorating residents and directing care
  • Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives
  • Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals
  • Working alternate weekends

The skills you’ll need:

  • L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3
  • Minimum two years' experience in care
  • Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
  • A good level of written and spoken English
