Our Senior Care Assistant Role
- Supported by an experienced management team
- Leading a team of Care Assistants
- Responsibility for administering medication, identifying deteriorating residents and directing care
- Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives
- Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities
- Liaising with healthcare professionals
- Alternate weekends
The skills you’ll need
- L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3
- Minimum two year's experience in care
- Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
- Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
- A good level of written and spoken English
