Our Clinical Deputy Manager Role:

  • Work split between practical nursing and office
  • Role modelling the best clinical care skills
  • Opportunities to develop practice leadership skills
  • 40 hour per week contract
  • On-call
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Night work where necessary
  • Help implement electronic care planning, compliance systems and eMAR
  • Supported by an experienced Registered Manager

The skills you’ll need:

  • Leadership experience either as a deputy or senior nurse/clinical lead from a care home or hospital setting
  • Sound clinical skills
  • Experience in elderly care
  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
  • A proficient level of written and spoken English
