Our Home Administrator Role - Maternity Cover
- Supporting the home and deputy manager
- First point of contact for residents and their families
- Working with the home management team performing numerous administration tasks
- Working with the head office team on invoice queries and staff payroll
- Coordination of staff training and overseeing the onboarding of new starters
- 40 hours per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility needed

- Experience in a professional, administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
