Overview

Our Maintenance Team - PAID BREAKS

As Maintenance Manager, you are fundamental to the smooth running of the home every day for our residents. With experience of dealing with maintenance compliance and keeping a workplace safe and smart, you will be passionate about ensuring the home is maintained to excellent standards.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that you lead any team members and provide support across all our homes when necessary. You will manage on call requirements for maintenance to ensure that any emergencies can be dealt with swiftly.

Qualifications and skills

The skills you’ll need include painting and decorating, and you may have skills in other trades. You will be happy to keep the home compliant in terms of completion of all necessary paperwork. With training, you will be confident to take charge of fire safety for the home. You will have decent written and oral communication skills and be able to understand how to order to get best value for money for the company with ordering of any necessary equipment. You will have an excellent attendance record and take a proactive approach to driving up standards.
