We are growing our HR team and are looking for both an HR Advisor and a Junior HR Advisor to support our care home teams. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will support managers with employee relations, maintain HR systems, and use data/reporting to drive better decisions.
Key duties:
- Manage/support ER cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance)
- Advise managers on HR best practice
- Maintain HR systems and records
- Build reports and analyse workforce data
What we are looking for:
- HR experience (Advisor or ready to step up)
- Strong ER knowledge
- Confident with systems, and data reporting
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask
