About Stowlangtoft Hall: Currently rated as Outstanding with CQC, we are looking for a Care Home Manager to inspire and guide our established team in Stowlangtoft.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home

- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

The Skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Particular focus and success on growing self pay occupancy
- Proven track record in the sector with strong commercial acumen
- Clinical background (RGN/RMN/RNLD) essential
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in elderly care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
