The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 € per year.

Supporting the home and deputy manager.

First point of contact for residents and their families.

Working with the home management team performing numerous administration tasks.

Working with the head office team on invoice queries and staff payroll.

Coordination of staff training and overseeing the onboarding of new starters.

40 hours per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility needed.

The skills you’ll need:

  • Experience in a professional, administrative role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'.
