  • Location: Remote (South East) with multi-site travel
  • Business: 9 high-quality care homes + exciting acquisition pipeline
  • Impact: Lead quality, compliance & governance across existing and newly acquired services
  • Package: Salary (DOE) + car allowance + performance bonus + 33 days (incl. BH) + enhanced pension + private medical insurance
