Our Home Administrator Role

  • Supporting the home and deputy manager
  • First point of contact for residents and their families
  • Working with the home management team performing numerous administration tasks
  • Working with the head office team on invoice queries and staff payroll
  • Coordination of staff training and overseeing the onboarding of new starters
  • 40 hours per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility needed

The skills you’ll need

  • Experience in a professional, administrative role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
  • An eye for detail
