The Head of Hospitality & Wellbeing is responsible for developing and embedding a hospitality-led culture across all homes, ensuring residents, relatives and visitors experience exceptional standards of comfort, dining, cleanliness, presentation and service.
The role provides leadership and direction across hospitality services, including housekeeping, laundry, dining environments and resident experience, ensuring every home reflects Stow's commitment to quality, wellbeing and excellence.
Essential Experience
- Senior leadership experience within hospitality, hotel, healthcare or care environments.
- Experience leading multi-site operations.
- Experience developing service standards and driving improvement.
Desirable Experience
- Care home or healthcare experience.
- Experience leading hospitality transformation programmes.
