PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITON THAT LIVE IN THE CHELMSFORD,HARLOW AREAS
As a Hard Landscaper, you’ll help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll carry out day-to-day hard landscaping tasks, ensure compliance standards are met and take part in an on call rota to respond to emergencies. This role forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and will work across our portfolio of homes.

What you’ll do
- Experience in hard landscaping (additional trade skills are a plus)
- Confidence maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Willingness to complete training and support fire safety requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers
- A cost-conscious approach to purchasing and sourcing materials
- Excellent reliability, attendance, and a proactive mindset
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike
