- Our Clinical Deputy Manager Role
- Work split between practical nursing and office

- On-call alternate weekends and night work where necessary
- Help implement electronic care planning, compliance systems and e MAR
- Supported by an experienced Registered Manager
- The skills you’ll need
- Leadership experience either as a deputy or senior nurse/clinical lead from a care home or hospital setting
- Sound clinical skills
- Experience in elderly care
- Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
- A proficient level of written and spoken English
