Job Description

• Manage and organize the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projectsfrom A to Z, following Movu methodology.
• Deliver complex, customized solutionsas an experienced project manager.
• Organize the project kick-off: clearly communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders.
• Develop clear and comprehensive project plans: define milestones and monitor task execution through close follow-up.
• Plan and allocate resources efficientlyto ensure optimal performance.
• Control and monitor strict budget complianceand guarantee accurate invoicing.
• Ensure high-quality standards for deliverables, including interim validation and final acceptance.
• Monitor deadlines and anticipate potential changesto avoid delays.
• Stay vigilant to scope, time, or budget changes, identifying contract variations when necessary.
• Assess and manage potential risksproactively.
• Define and track success criteriafor project completion.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder managementand effectively manage expectations throughout the project.
• Organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear and consistent reporting.

Qualifications

Profile & Requirements

• Strong communication skillscombined with a hands-on approach
• More than adegree, we value personality and mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, ideally within an intralogistics environment ; strong PM experience in sectors such as rail, energy, or aerospace. We are not considering IT or digital (transformation) Project Managers
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French and/or German is/are a strong plus
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies(Prince2, PMBOK) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally(approximately 20% of the time)
• Independent and autonomous, able to take ownership and drive results
