The Role

Reporting directly to the Services Manager, you will work closely with an Exeter based Service team. Your primary responsibility is the completion of warranty and annual service work for Gas, Electric and Solid Fuel heating appliances. The role includes diagnosing faults and repairing appliances in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

Alongside warranty work, you will carry out maintenance of Gazco and Stovax appliances within dealer showrooms and complete chargeable annual servicing and repair work for our customers, aiming to retain their servicing requirements for the next year.

You will cover a pre‑determined area, travel to most parts of the UK and be away from home for up to 4 nights each week. The position provides a fully equipped van, laptop/iPad and phone.

The role is based at our state‑of‑the‑art purpose‑built offices and manufacturing facility at Skypark, near Exeter Airport.

Working Hours and Conditions

Monday to Friday working for all departments, with a two‑day per week working from home policy where possible, and an enhanced holiday allowance.
