Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our workshop team, you’ll work on exciting, varied projects, including:

  • Building and assembling bespoke jigs, fixtures, and mechanical systems
  • Working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical assemblies
  • Fitting precision components to exceptional quality standards
  • Supporting occasional on-site installations

You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working on complex, precision tooling.

Essential skills & attributes:

  • Proven background in toolmaking or mechanical fitting
  • Experience assembling high-accuracy mechanical systems
  • Ability to work with hydraulic pipework (rigid systems preferred)
  • A strong eye for detail and quality
  • A self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to work independently
