I am looking for a temporary accounts assistant to work for an offshore law firm.

The hours are 9am-5.30pm and they do offer hybrid.

Candidates must have experience working with a law firm and have used Aderent.

Duties Main responsibilities would include: - Collecting and posting credit card spending analysis from secretaries and fee-earners - Reconciling all supplier accounts and ensuring payments are up to date - Keeping the AP mailbox organized and handling queries promptly - Posting all AP invoices and employee expenses to the system in a timely manner - Preferred Aderant experience ...
