  • Data Governance & Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure data quality, ownership, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Enterprise Data Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable, integrated data systems and models to support current and future needs.
  • Analytics & Insights: Build enterprise analytics capabilities that enable accessible, actionable insights across the organisation.
  • Data Culture & Capability: Champion data literacy, develop skills across teams, and lead a high‑performing data function.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing and aligning stakeholders across a complex environment.
  • Risk & Security: Ensure responsible and secure use of data, managing risks related to governance, ethics, and information security.

About You

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary data, governance, or analytics teams.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and modern data platforms.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience managing budgets and large‑scale programmes.

Why Join?
