We're seeking a Senior Service Development Lead to establish and lead a new service development unit focused on transforming how information services are designed and delivered. You'll drive innovation through agile, test-and-learn approaches, focusing on personalised user journeys and omni-channel, AI-informed delivery.
What you'll do:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team (3-5 reports) delivering agile, sprint-based innovation
- Develop and prototype new services using design thinking and rapid testing
- Co-lead strategic initiatives to improve user journeys and engagement
- Collaborate across teams to embed new ways of working
- Use data, insight and user research to shape decisions and measure impact
- Manage budgets and commission specialist support where needed
