We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a large-scale Commercial Lending transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone with strong banking or financial services experience who can shape product strategy, manage priorities, and work collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver high-value customer and business outcomes.
Working within an Agile environment, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring the Commercial Lending product roadmap aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Commercial Lending capabilities.
- Own, prioritise, refine, and manage the product backlog to maximise business value.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Relationship Management, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, Compliance, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and prioritisation activities within Agile delivery teams.
