AI Architecture Lead

The Role
We are working with a leading organisation on a major Balance Sheet Modelling transformation programme and are looking for an experienced AI Architecture Lead to define and govern the target AI architecture and delivery roadmap.
This is a senior architecture position, providing technical leadership across AI, data, governance and operating model design. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish the architecture, standards and transition states required to embed AI effectively across the Balance Sheet Modelling function.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the target AI architecture and roadmap for Balance Sheet Modelling.
- Lead AI solution architecture across a complex enterprise environment.
- Develop architecture principles, design standards and governance frameworks.
- Assess AI ecosystem capabilities, including LLM, ML and AI coding technologies.
- Define AI operating model and organisational design options.
- Evaluate build, buy and hybrid approaches and provide recommendations.
