Hybrid: ad hoc travel to central London / Surrey

We're looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Test Automation Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team within a leading financial services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on testing and automation experience to develop their technical skills while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using C#, .NET and Selenium.
- Create test plans, test cases and regression test suites.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs and product owners to define acceptance criteria using BDD and Gherkin.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform manual testing where required and manage defects through to resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
- Practical experience in software testing and test automation.
- Working knowledge of C# and Selenium.
- Understanding of BDD, Gherkin and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of test planning, regression testing and defect management.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience with SpecFlow, CI/CD pipelines and .NET applications.
- ISTQB/ISEB testing qualification.
- Financial services experience.
