We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to drive a critical data transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact data workstream, working with modern Azure technologies and managing a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of an in-flight data transformation workstream.
- Drive data readiness activities for testing, cutover, go-live, and operational support.
- Coordinate data across ERP, manufacturing, planning, and supply chain platforms.
- Oversee data quality, governance, validation, and migration activities.
- Lead an offshore analytics and engineering pod, ensuring successful delivery.
- Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, and programme leadership.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across the data landscape.
- Support analytics and reporting capabilities using Azure and Power BI.
