A leading organisation is seeking a Business Analyst as they embark on a multi-year, cross-functional transformation programme to replace its core ERP platform. As the Business Analyst, you will be working on the programme of a new HR Target Operating Model (TOM) that is being implemented for an employee portal. The Business Analyst will be part of the project team that is designing, building and implementing the Employee Portal, and will support the Business Project Manager throughout this journey.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record as a BA on technology enabled HR Transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience of working with technology system integrators to deliver the implementation of HR systems.
- Experience with the implementation of Employee Portals.
- Experience working on Employee Portals ServiceNow HRSD (highly desirable).
- Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and go-live activities.
- Business process analysis, requirements engineering, solution design support.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Resilience and experience operating in unstructured environments with high levels of ambiguity, dealing with demanding and fast-paced teams.
- Skilled in producing clear, concise documentation.
