You'll define and deliver solutions aligned with our platform's mission, vision, and roadmap. Collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and integration teams, you'll help drive architectural strategy, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.Key Responsibilities- Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation- Align solutions with business needs and platform strategy- Communicate architecture across stakeholders and teams- Ensure adherence to IT standards and influence improvements- Drive platform upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements- Support security, compliance, and governance processes- Participate in release planning, demos, and continuous improvementYour ProfileEssential Skills & Experience- Strong background in Workday (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance)- Experience designing Workday integrations and analytics- Proven track record in Workday solution architecture- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills- Deep understanding of HR systems and architecture governanceDesirable- Aviation industry experience- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environmentsTPBN1_UKTJ
