Technical Specialist (Parcel Lockers, Kiosks, ATMs)

We\’re looking for a Technical Specialist to support and maintain automated systems such as parcel lockers, kiosks, and ATMs. This contract role involves advanced troubleshooting, system optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth, reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (remotely and on-site).
– Monitor and maintain system health, configurations, and performance.
– Support deployments and configure user/network settings.
– Analyse system data to identify issues and improve efficiency.
– Work with engineering, operations, and third-party vendors on issue resolution.
– Maintain accurate documentation and system logs.
– Contribute to user guides and technical manuals.
– Ensure security compliance and respond to alerts.
Your Profile:
Required:
– 3-5 years\’ technical support experience with automated or integrated systems.
– Strong skills in hardware repair, system diagnostics, and networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
– Familiarity with Linux, Windows or Android OS and SQL/database use.
– Analytical mindset with clear communication and documentation skills.
Desirable:
– Background in customer service or high-availability systems.
