Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Fleet and Northampton (2-3 days onsite)
Day Rate: £340 (Inside IR35)
Responsibilities
– Deliver complex change projects across datacentre infrastructure and software development.
– Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
– Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with key business and technical stakeholders.
– Drive change adoption through communication, training, and ongoing improvement.
Requirements & Essential Skills
– Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale projects in a regulated financial environment.
– Strong background in multimodal delivery: Waterfall (infrastructure) and Agile/Scrum/Kanban (software).
– Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
– Solid understanding of risk management, control frameworks, and compliance.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Desirable Experience
– Experience in PCI-DSS, payments, or financial regulatory environments.
– AWS cloud migration and infrastructure delivery.
