A leading organisation is seeking a hands-on SAP Public Cloud Training and Change Manager to lead training design and delivery, the train-the-trainer programme, and business change activities for a global transformation programme.
As the SAP Public Cloud Training and Change Manager, you will have practical experience of SAP Cloud Public Edition (Professional Services) and the ability to translate configured processes into clear, role-based learning. The successful candidate will prepare local trainers, SMEs, and super users to support effective and sustainable adoption. The role will be approximately 60% training and 40% change management.
You will design high-quality learning content, demonstrate the configured system, deliver training, and manage business readiness; as well as ensuring SMEs and the rest of the business are supported and ready for the global implementation amidst ongoing business and organisational change, ensuring they understand the need for change and the benefits of the SAP S/4 implementation globally.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Direct and recent experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition.
- Strong practical understanding of SAP Fiori, fit-to-standard processes, and end-to-end business scenarios.
- Experience across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Professional Services, Project Management, Supply Chain, Master Data, and Reporting.
- Proven experience designing and delivering role-based SAP system and process training.
- Demonstrable ability to create high-quality training materials and personally deliver system training.
- Experience working with System Implementation partner in designing and leading train-the-trainer programmes.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and business-readiness reviews.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country transformation programmes.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with functional consultants, process owners, SMEs, local trainers, and business leaders.
- Ability to translate technical configuration and process design into clear, practical learning for business users.
