As Lead Engineer / CTO, you'll be the hands-on technical leader driving innovation, architecture, and compliance. You'll oversee development, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems at the intersection of blockchain, fintech, and regulated betting. What You'll Do:
- Lead architecture and innovation: smart contracts, hybrid on/off-chain systems, scalable infrastructure.
