Overview: Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects, Assets & Lease Accounting Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, workshop facilitation skills, and experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud implementations across Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.
- Drive process design across Acquire-to-Retire and Project-to-Close workstreams.
- Develop business process flows, user stories, and solution design documentation.
- Support sprint planning, prioritisation, and delivery activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and overall solution architecture.
- Review and improve existing processes to maximise value from Oracle Cloud investments.
- Support testing, data migration, and cutover planning activities.
Required Experience:
- Experience delivering finance transformation or ERP projects.
- Extensive Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Fixed Assets
- Lease Accounting
- Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments.
