We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to manage the release lifecycle of Salesforce solutions across the bank's digital estate, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant platform changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Release Planning & Governance: Manage the Salesforce release calendar, ensuring alignment with broader change governance. Lead planning meetings and collaborate with Change Management to meet compliance standards.
- Deployment Execution: Oversee end-to-end deployment across Salesforce environments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado). Ensure GDPR compliance through sandbox refresh and data masking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the point of contact for development teams, business leads, and platform owners. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
- Risk & Quality Control: Ensure all releases comply with bank policies, including audit trails and rollback procedures. Support audits with relevant deployment evidence.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote DevOps best practices and streamline release processes. Monitor metrics and perform root cause analysis.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Salesforce release management in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficient with Salesforce deployment tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset).
- Understanding of GDPR, FCA compliance, and data governance.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Salesforce Admin/Platform App Builder Certification.
