Position Overview: You will provide expert guidance on physical and people security, advising on security policies and implementing security controls. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the Chief Security Officer in maintaining and improving security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on security policy, procedures, and governance for physical and people security.
- Conduct onsite security assessments for physical assets and ensure secure equipment configuration.
- Implement and enforce people security controls, including policies and processes.
- Plan and coordinate people security risk assessments.
- Provide people security advice and capability on behalf of the Chief Security Officer.
- Conduct personnel security investigations, including post-incident lessons learned and continuous improvement.
- Support physical site visits and secure configuration of equipment.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Requires an ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE.
- Strong experience in security policy, procedure, and governance.
- Expertise in onsite security assessments and physical asset protection.
