We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a secure transformation programme, designing, and improving end-to-end digital services.
Key experience:
- Strong Service Design / UCD background
- End-to-end service mapping, journey mapping, and service blueprints
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working in Agile multidisciplinary teams
- Government / public sector experience desirable
- GDS experience beneficial
- Active SC Clearance essential
