Stott & May are partnering with a well-known high street retailer to hire a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the continued growth of their digital function.

Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: Competitive

The Role

Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce, this position will take full ownership of the customer marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading digital acquisition across channels such as paid search, SEO, affiliates, paid social, and display
  • Developing and executing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and long-term value
  • Overseeing email marketing strategy, planning, and optimisation
  • Using data and performance insights to inform decision-making and improve results
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and tracking performance against commercial targets
  • Leading and developing a small team within CRM and digital marketing
  • Collaborating with internal teams and managing external agency partners

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the retail sector is essential
  • Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against revenue and performance targets
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and tag management platforms
  • Confident working with CRM systems and customer data to drive segmentation and personalisation
