We are looking for an organised and analytical IT Cost & Operations Coordinator to support IT financial operations, cost allocation, chargebacks, vendor management, contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT cost allocation, recharge calculations, and chargeback processes.
  • Coordinate ERP approval workflows and liaise with Finance for downstream billing and accounting activities.
  • Prepare cost analysis, variance reports, forecasts, and budget projections.
  • Support annual planning and budgeting activities.
  • Review and administer vendor contracts, renewals, pricing schedules, and commercial terms.
  • Assist with vendor negotiations and ongoing vendor governance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to costs, contracts, approvals, and operational data.
  • Support invoice validation, financial coordination, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in IT operations, finance coordination, contract administration, vendor management, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of cost allocation, chargeback processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience reviewing contracts and supporting commercial negotiations.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or finance systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
  • Experience with intercompany recharge or shared-services cost allocation.
  • SAP or similar ERP systems experience.
  • Vendor, contract, or licence administration experience.
