We\’re seeking a Lead Software Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering high-quality software for key customer projects. You\’ll work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead development tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
– Work closely with clients to turn requirements into well-tested, working code.
– Take technical ownership through all stages of development, from planning to maintenance.
– Follow agreed standards, tools, and security practices.
– Monitor applications and resolve technical issues proactively.
– Provide realistic time estimates and support sprint planning.
– Carry out code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery.
– Ensure the software adds clear value to the client.

Essential Skills & Experience
– Expert in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
– Strong leadership experience across multiple teams.
– Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
– Experience with automated testing and continuous deployment.
– Familiar with REST APIs and Microservices.
– Confident using CI/CD tools (Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.).
– Solid understanding of secure coding and OWASP tools (e.g. ZAP).
– Proven experience in full software development lifecycle.
