Job Title: Platform Support Engineer (L3) – DevOps & SiteMinder
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Contract Length: 5 Months Intially
£315 Per Day Inside IR35
My client is looking for an experienced L3 Platform Support Engineer with strong DevOps tooling experience to join a critical project within their Corporate Digital team. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining Broadcom SiteMinder (formerly CA SiteMinder) running on Linux, with additional support across Windows Server, IIS, and WebSphere environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for SiteMinder and related infrastructure
Configure and manage environments across Test, Prod, and DR
Automate deployments using Jenkins, Groovy, GIT/STASH, Nolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance
Essential Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SiteMinder on Linux
Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, WebSphere, Apache, JBoss
Proficiency with DevOps and automation tools (Docker, OpenShift, Chef)
Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Desirable: AWS Certification, Financial Services experience
