The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of Python-based applications. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while coordinating between cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design of complex Python applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Framework Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) based on specific project needs.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed design documents, including system diagrams, data flow, and API specifications.
• Security & Scalability: Ensure robust application security and high-performance scaling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, testers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Cloud Operations: Utilize AWS for deployment, monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Agile Delivery: Follow Scrum/Kanban methodologies and participate actively in sprint planning.

Your Profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Python: Deep knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and metaclasses.
• Databases: Proficiency in Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Architecture: Strong command of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Web Frameworks: Expertise in at least one major framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and web application principles.
• Technical Lead: Proven track record of designing large-scale applications and providing architectural guidance.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Fargate, EC2, SNS, SQS, Cloudwatch, EKS, Kubernetes).
• DevOps: Integration of CI/CD pipelines, API Gateways, and Load Balancing.

Desirable Skills:

• Data Science: Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
