This is a high-profile contract position, reporting to the COO, focused on ensuring technological alignment, scalability, and integration during mergers and acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the application roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Assess current architecture and propose innovative, scalable solutions.- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards and ensure regulatory compliance.- Lead technology integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.- Provide bi-weekly updates to the COO on progress, risks, and recommendations.Key Requirements:- 15+ years of experience in banking and financial services.- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and banking regulations.- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.- Experience with Branch and Teller Applications and M&A integrations.Desirable:- Experience in managing technology integrations during mergers and acquisitions.TPBN1_UKTJ
