We are seeking a resilient Change Manager to support the delivery of a major system wide transformation programme during a period of significant organisational and cultural change. This is a hands on, delivery critical role, operating at pace in a complex, multi stakeholder environment. You will sit at the centre of organisational change, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to multiple workstreams, while supporting senior leaders through transition and uncertainty. The role will be instrumental in establishing strong programme governance, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring the programme is well prepared for handover to a new central PMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain an integrated transformation plan across organisational redesign, recruitment, onboarding and operational change.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple functional teams, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and pace.
- Establish and run effective programme governance, reporting and escalation.
- Provide a single, clear view of progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead the practical delivery of change, supporting leaders and teams through transition.
- Translate high level strategic intent into clear, deliverable action.
- Strengthen programme tools, dashboards, and documentation to support PMO handover.
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex change or transformation programmes in multi stakeholder environment.
- Able to piece together moving parts to hold one version of the truth.
- Strong programme management and governance capability.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders demonstrating confidence in the plan.
- Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating with ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities.
- Strong bias to action, problem solving and delivery at pace.
