A leading business are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Change Manager to support their transformation journey. As the SAP SuccessFactors Change Manager, your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors will be instrumental in guiding the organization through the implementation of new initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand their strategic objectives and develop tailored change management strategies.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new systems and processes.
