We are looking for an HR Specialist with strong Attendance Management experience to support a major programme consolidating six ERP systems into one. This is a functional, non-technical role focused on bringing together data, processes, and requirements from multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and consolidate time & attendance processes, data, and policy information.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, People Ops, and ER partners.
  • Write user stories, join design workshops/playbacks, and support implementation design.
  • Feed functional requirements into the programme and manage stakeholder questions.
  • Support alignment across business areas operating different attendance models.

Experience Needed

  • Strong background in attendance/time & attendance.
  • Experience in HR projects or workforce management delivery.
  • Confident working cross-functionally in a large, complex organisation.
  • SAP CATS experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent data, process, and policy understanding.
