We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Lead Consultant for a contract engagement. The successful candidate will guide clients through end-to-end D365 CE implementations, lead functional design, and coordinate delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, functional workshops, and solution design.
- Produce functional specifications, process maps, design documents, and project scope materials.
- Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 CE functionality across multiple modules.
- Oversee System Integration Testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology, tooling, and best-practice development.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage risks, issues, and reporting.
- Support presales activities, including estimates, tender responses, and client demonstrations.
- Advise clients on CRM best practices and user experience improvements.
- Assist with technical architecture discussions, integrations, customisations, and reporting.
- Work with training teams to deliver end-user and super-user training.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a CE Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
- Multiple end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects delivered.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Expert knowledge of at least four CE modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Field Service, PSA, Social Engagement, USD, MS Portals, Gamification).
- Experience with SharePoint integration, Power Pages, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
- Ability to lead functional teams across onshore/offshore models.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, CDM, and Power BI.
- CE Certifications required.
- Sector experience in Financial Services is preferred.
