Technical Programme / Project Manager Hertford – 5 Days Onsite | Permanent, Full-Time Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Programme / Project Manager to join their team in Hertford . This is a permanent opportunity to lead the delivery of complex software projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Please note : This is an onsite role (5 days per week) in Hertford, so we’re looking for someone who can fully commit to being present and embedded within the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end software project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore team Manage complex project roadmaps, resourcing, and stakeholder engagement Oversee delivery across the full software lifecycle — from requirements and solution design to release and post-go-live support Own project governance, documentation, budgeting, and risk management Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders What We\’re Looking For: 10+ years in Technical Programme/Project Management ???????Proven experience delivering software in a highly transactional environment (e.g. retail , eCommerce, logistics, etc.) Strong technical background with understanding of solution architecture and development processes Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore delivery Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence , and other modern project tools Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills A background in consulting would be beneficial, particularly if you\’re confident managing external client relationships Next Steps: Please send your CV now for consideration.
